01 Delivery timeline
All timelines start from the event date, and assume the full payment has been received.

02 How photos are delivered
- Everything is delivered through a cloud download link sent on WhatsApp to the number that made the booking.
- The link allows full-resolution download of both edited photos and raw files. There is no watermark on delivered images.
- A pen drive can be arranged on request. Physical delivery within Delhi NCR is by courier or hand delivery, and the media cost is charged at actuals.
- Printed albums are hand delivered within Delhi NCR wherever possible, or couriered.
03 Formats
- Edited photos — high-resolution JPEG, colour corrected and print ready.
- Raw photos — the unedited camera files, JPEG or camera raw depending on how the event was shot.
- Teaser video — MP4, 1080p as standard. 4K on request where the event was shot for it.
- Albums — 12×36 inch, sheet count as per your package.
04 Photo selection
If you want to choose which photographs get edited or printed, send us your selection within 7 days of receiving the raw files. If we do not hear from you in that window, we make the selection ourselves so that delivery is not held up. One round of reasonable changes to an album layout is included; further rounds may attract a small charge.
05 How long we hold a backup
- We keep a backup of your event files for 60 days after final delivery.
- Within that window, a lost link or a failed download is our problem to fix — just message us.
- After 60 days the files are removed from our working storage. Please download and store your own copies in that period.
- Extended archival can be arranged in advance for a small fee if you want us to hold your files for longer.
06 If something is delayed
If a delivery date is going to slip, you hear it from us before the date passes, along with a revised date. You will not have to chase us for an update. Where a delay is caused by something on your side — payment pending, selection not sent, album layout not approved — the timeline restarts from the day that item is cleared.
07 Need it faster?
Express delivery of the edited set can usually be arranged for an additional charge, subject to our schedule that week. Corporate clients who need same-day or next-day selects for a social post should tell us at the time of booking so it can be planned into the shoot.
